IF, you are seeking a cleaning for the sake of saying “you had it cleaned”, Jeffrey Harvey is not the company for you.
In my opinion, clients truly desire the best value for their money. During the process of defining my business plan, I focused on all elements of being able to provide the finest possible product/service for a reasonable price. Obviously, by providing exceptional service, we take far longer in the home than most cleaning companies. The final product to the consumer is the absolute most important factor to me. Time is of little concern. Efficiency during the course of the cleaning process permits all the time necessary to deliver un-matched service.
So, if you truly desire exceptional service, and for the health and appearance to be its best, Jeffrey Harvey IS the right company for you. If the quality of the work is not important, I would call one of the larger companies that are more focused on the bottom line and speed. Simply meeting the minimum industry standards for carpet cleaning is of little concern to many of the other cleaning companies.
Pricing
* Carpet and ceramic tile cleaning is determined by the net square footage of carpet or tile to be cleaned
and whether furniture and belongings are moved by the client or Jeffrey Harvey.
* Pricing for furniture cleaning is determined by linear footage and the type of upholstery.
* Emergency services depend on the scope and nature of the water damage or other emergency.

I would be happy to come and inspect your cleaning needs and leave you with an estimate to think about. My philosophy since inception is simply to offer our services and what happens from there is up to you. We are not sales people. We are professional cleaners. People have been very gracious over the years and I have established a large client-base in SW Florida. Relying on referrals, my future is at stake every job. I have worked too hard to establish my name and reputation and will never sacrifice the quality of our cleaning services.
In summary, if quality is your goal, Jeffrey Harvey is the name to call. If not, I’d call one of the many other budget or franchise cleaning companies for a quick, less expensive and superficial clean. Thank you.
